Join us for this jargon-free workshop, an introduction to what makes an effective business plan and practical ways to plan for your success.

What we will cover:

–        why you need a business plan

–        key elements of every business plan 

–        what you don’t need in a business plan

–        how to write a business plan with investors/funders in mind

 

Speaker: Lana Hersak, a SFEDI accredited business adviser with an extensive experience of advising, supporting and training start ups, small businesses and social enterprises. Lana currently runs a community micro-finance project at London Rebuilding Society, and is a director and one of the founders of Aim & Aspire Ltd.
